1. Handmade Products – No Returns or Refunds
All our products are handcrafted and made to order with care and intention. Due to their unique and custom nature, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.
2. Product Images & Variations
Product photos displayed on our website are for illustration purposes only. As each piece is hand-painted, minor variations in color, design, and finish are natural and part of the product's uniqueness.
3. Order Fulfillment & Delivery Timeline
Orders are processed and shipped within 5 working days from the date of confirmation. Delivery times may vary based on location and courier service availability.
4. Shipping Policy (India & International)
- Free PAN India shipping on orders above ₹499 INR.
- For orders below ₹499 INR, standard domestic shipping rates apply.
- International shipping is available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout or provided upon inquiry.
- We are not responsible for delays due to customs, incorrect addresses, or force majeure events.
5. Custom Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply in their country.
